Ballot stuffing will happen at the polling station in all strongholds. The turn out in these strongholds will be 99%.
Given Raila, Kalonzo, Mudavadi do not want to pay a dime to agents even the contested vote rich areas will see ballot stuffing for the person who feeds the right people at the stations.
