It was a quid pro quo loan. Grease my project and you get a contract. Which project was the beneficiary?

That is the question. He says its a "loan". The repayment terms are not specified. The beneficiary project remains unknown. He is treating the county like one of those farms his father stole.

Raila need to make it clear to sheiks and Chinese that if he form the next government he will not honor
this kind of loans. let them dish out their money under risk.
