He has taken us back to the days of his father.
I think the Opposition should begin giving them a taste of their own medicine. They should organize disruptions targeting Uhuru Kenyatta. Then and only then can he respect the opposition.
Police in Kwale County have today disrupted Governor Hassan Joho’s rally that was to take place at Kinango township.
The rally which had been organized by Kinango constituency aspirant Benjamin Tayari started on well but when word went round that Joho was going to arrive in the next 15 minutes, police descended on residents ordering them to leave immediately.
Already leaders led by Tayari, Msambweni MP Suleiman Dori and Kwale Speaker Sammy Ruwa had lined up to receive Joho before Police led by OCPD Lawrence Charo said that there were directives for the meeting to be held.
As soon as Joho’s chopper arrived, police threw teargas at the place of landing inviting the wrath of members of public who chanted Mvurya must go.
They blamed Salim Mvurya who is Kwale Governor of being behind the cancellations. Initially Mvurya had booked the ground that the rally was to be done prompting the ODM fraternity to go to another ground.
