Title: SGR To recieve a shs 15 billion subsidy for operations

Now the real eating of everything even the new rails will commence. Already GOK is allocating 15 billion to help support SGR operations. Taxpayer will subsidize this thing till it fall apart. the budget presented by treasury has this earmark.

I always ask PROGRESS AT WHAT COST?

I think this is money to kick-start operations..... Employ new staff, fuel, etc.

start up money.. This monster will be on welfare for life .. I would say the best way would to lease the damn railway line to cargo companies
