The World Bank has thrown into doubt the construction of a double-decker road linking Jomo Kenyatta
International Airport (JKIA) to Rironi
through Uhuru Highway after
questioning its suitability and cutting financing.

Jubilee can now bank on a government to government EPC contract funded by exim where "eating" is the main aim for conceiving the project.
