I think there is a serious mistake that will come to haunt all of us. The idea of the president naming appointees to the IEBC, NCIC etc is not healthy for a democracy.
Take the NCIC. Kaparo is a former URP Chairman. Morris Dzoro is a well known PNU / TNA / Jubilee whacko from the coast. Now how can one expect such a body to be seen to be neutral? It is no wonder Kaparo was stoned on the Kisumu / Nandi border by both sides.
