Here it is in black and white. While administrators in Central are ordered to deliver ID cards to the doorsteps: In Opposition areas they are busy suppressing voter registration. While people are being denied services in Central if they cannot show the voter's card: Youth are being arrested in Nyanza for mobilizing voters to register. Ladies and gentlemen welcome to Voter Suppression as never seen before in Kenya:
