I didn't believe until I saw him on TV opening his mouth to say things that an idiot wouldn't be caught thinking.

He reminded me of Ndemo who defended Safaricom's right to fleece people.

So Treasury CS would rather public healthcare collapses than hurt (in whichever remote sense) private hospitals? Na anapayuka on national TV

Post by: patel on January 25, 2017, 05:36:04 PM: CS main role as president appointee is to act as president ears and eyes in that docket and to provide the president with the best and honest advice regarding that docket. Rotich can neither account for money or articulate policy only making some madman/bus stop arguments. The blame should lie squarely on Rotich and appointing authority.
