serving food without water is still very rampant despite being outlawed.

The profit motive is driving factor and not lack of clean water.

Enforcement of laws is highly lacking, in all levels of govt.

I saw the corrupt pedophile socialite lawyer Donald Kipkorir defending the indefensible and I knew there was something about this racist ungrateful Italians.  Kipkorir seems to know NCC water is  'poisonous' how come the fucker has never petitioned Jubilee government or sue NCC to provide clean, healthy water?  Dr Leakey and his wife should be commended for bringing this issue to light. I hope kenyans boycott that restaurant.
