Ruto and moi difference is just age. He has created poverty in nandi and instead of adressing the cause he gives handouts m.what a fella

What a shame. Kenya has potential but lack of leadership.....
Im sending a few kids to secondary school because the parents can't afford, guess how many more are left behind....
