That's amazing for people who just the other day went around saying that 2017 was a forgone conclusion and we're campaigning for 2022.

What happened in Kericho over the weekend proved that WSR is highly overrated. Whatever magic he had is long gone. While Kikuyus will most likely vote for uhuru in the same droves as 2013 and as every election since 2007 I don't see the same euphoria in RV. There is simply no issue like ICC to galvanize them.

2022 is something only Ruto and his close allies half believe. The rest of the Kalenjin nation stopped being naive. They know Kikuyus will short change them like they did to Kalonzo.

too early to celebrate.. very hard to sustain this momentum. One thing thought the crowd was made up of young men so it is an assumption that they were bused and paid to attend. until I see real Wanjiku (the villager) in these rallies I still hold the view that with RV and central voting Jubilee CORD is getting a dribbling next year

I agree that it is too early but change usually sneaks on us. 2017 is not going to be like 2013 in more ways than one.  Kikuyus and Kalenjins will vote for Jubilee but not in the same numbers and enthusiasm. The elections maybe stolen again but people are not going to react to the stealing the same way they did in 2013. Its too early in that anything can happen including Jubilee losing. Nothing is off the table.

Its not only Jubilee. every public thief who does not account for tax money needs to go.

Kipsigis and RVs will vote Jubilee. They are not stupid to vote against their self-interest.
