Africa is adopting the American or west debt model to development and growth. I wonder if we have the capacity to service these loans. I was amazed at what Mahama in ghana has done in Infrastructure. He has in a short term build many dual carriages and expanded infrastructure to the northern part of ghana where he hails from. I know Ghana is having trouble  servicing debt.

The problem here is that we are expecting kamwana do be what we know he has never been.  A halfway decent manager or administrator.  He did not run for office for that.
