There was a video here showing uganda with expectations that kenya might become broke before they finish railway to uganda border. So they can't build on their side for now.

Kenya gdp to debt ratio is healthy and we should be borrowing more to invest in infrastructure...something we are doing catch.We need to double our investment in roads,railways,airports,seaports,water dams,power plants,sewage lines and such lacking modern infra..that will not directly contribute to gdp in short term but will make our economy more competitive and our quality of life better.
