Title: 4,000km of new road to be delivered

Total road paved now is 14,000kms - about 10% of all roads (170,000km with about 65,000 being classified)...and Jubilee has set himself ambitious target to deliver  30,000 new bitumen standard roads...or to do 3 times what kenya has done in 5 decade..in one decade!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Once this is done kenya would be well on it's way to the tipping point!

Was it not 10k before they went down to 4k.

Now after election they will further cut down to 2k.

Annuity program faced headwinds..I am glad Jubilee didn't give up..and they are forging ahead.
