I have heard UhuRuto launching some roads on this programme...seem they converted it to normal tendering? If Uhuru can deliver 20,000km and universal electricity coverage by 2022 then he'll have transformed kenya completely.

The CS said construction of the 10,000 kilometres roads under the programme was ongoing, contrary to reports that work had stalled. “We have two categories of roads under this programme, low volume ones in counties and the major roads in towns.
Tenders floated
‘‘Work on the 4,000 kilometres (of roads) commissioned in January is currently ongoing, so we have not stopped,” he said.
“Tenders for the roads were floated, bids submitted and procurement done; now the actual work is underway in counties such as Malindi and Kericho,” he said.
Seem Jubilee is really kicking arse.
