Atleast there is space and one can see the road reserves. In Kenya, there would be buildings everywhere with no plan.

Maybe coz this is Abuja - a new planned city they established from the scratch. This is the worse I have seen in terms of lack of infrastructure to what appears to be key offices and industries. In kenya even big high school would have some tarmacked road leading to it.

Public money diverted to build mansions, malls, and overseas investments.

Am not sure why there's no law against putting up structures before infrastructure is done.
