war on corruption will never succeed when both national gov 1 & 2 partake in corruption.

What will happen next is as follows

1. The EACC boss position will stay vacant  until there is much noise about the position being vacant
2. Another corrupt compromised individual will be appointed to do what EACC does i.e to protect and clear the corrupt

and life goes on
