Mudavadi is slowly but surely delivering on his task of neutralizing CORD in western.
A man who wants to be President is busy campaigning in his chicken yard.
He has been asking Raila to return the favour and support him for the presidency. Since he supported Uhuru in 2002 and again in 2013, why has he not asked Uhuru to return the favor?

ANC has denied claims that it is negotiating an alliance with the opposition, Cord .
In a statement, secretary general Geoffrey Osotsi said they are strengthening ANC across the country in readiness of the 2017 election.
"ANC is an independent opposition party that could have commonality on policy matters with Cord but that should not be construed as an agreement," Osotsi said.

Osotsi said the party was aware of deliberate schemes and well-choreographed political scripts engineered by a section of Jubilee coalition leadership using unsuspecting leaders in both Cord and Jubilee coalitions to scuttle ANC and Musalia Mudavadi’s ascendancy to the presidency.
"ANC is not desperate to hurriedly join any coalition or seek premature endorsement by any leader. No form of propaganda, political insinuations or political narratives will distract us from implementing our election winning strategy for 2017 elections," the SG said.

Osotsi said that ANC appreciates the strategic importance of partnerships and coalition building with like-minded political organizations but was not desperate for any engagement.
Osotsi asked Cord and Jubilee politicians not to have panic reactions and drag the party into the dirty tribal politics.
"In the fullness of time, Mudavadi will emerge as the most suitable and natural leader to lead this great nation next year owing to his track record," he said.

The question is, exactly what (or who) is Baba Moi's project?

MaDVD is too broke and too stupid to do anything on his own. He has to been under somebody cares. Raila took care of him for few years but generally he has been baba Moi after the death of Mudamba in 90s. Moi's project now is simple...Gideon moi replaces Uhuru as Kenya's pork. Moi is not going to work with CORD. He'll support Uhuru and hope somehow Gideon Moi can upstage Ruto to become Uhuru's heir. That is all baba Moi cares about. So I can tell you for free. MaDVD and Gideon Moi will merge into some "Third force". They will support Uhuru but not Ruto. It the same redux of 2013. Moi will try to squeeze a deal with Uhuru where KANU & ANC & Isaac's CCM & maybe Ababus (Third Force) will form a coalition with Jubilee. This time it most likely to be a post-election coalition.
MaDVD will hope to retain Maragolis and Gideon will hope to get a slice of Kalenjin...this is their springboard to 2022.
The question is, exactly what (or who) is Baba Moi's project?

Omollo, since Simanova is on hiatus, can you confirm this grapevine. That as repudiation for Ruto, Raila will front Kalonzo/Mudavadi pair, seeing his own odds are dismal. On a sudden he will be seized by the 2002 patriotism and utter "Kalonzo tosha". To slay another Kalenjin in the person of Uhuru, again!

I have no knowledge of it. However as I have said, Mudavadi has this jinx around him: Whoever gets too close to him loses elections!
If Raila has not learned that it is his palaver. I have declared that if Mudavadi enters CORD as anything but a card waving member I will hop out and even support Uhuru because it will be over and out kabisa!
1. He has no votes to bring with him - not even his own Maragoli's who would rather listen to Ida Odinga
2. He has no principles values or vision of any kind - just wants power and the trappings that go with it
3. He is the epitome of corruption and if you want to sell the entire country faster than you can say "gambler" you just elect him
What would be the point of getting rid of Uhuru when you install Uhuruism, Moism and all other isms? Deal makers from all over the country and overseas would soon find him a better replacement for Uhuru. Despite being overwhelmed by the rubble and mediocrity around him, once in a while you see the real Uhuru expressing exasperation with the state of things. Were he to follow through with his core wishes and intentions without allowing scum like Sonko to intervene, he would be a good president. He doesn't and that lies at the core of my opposition to him.
That said, the matter of Simanova is partially in the public domain, is it not?
