He has finally admitted the theft and like Kibaki asked to keep half and surrender the other half.

He is fond of making empty and hollow threats. Here is how he reacted when he was first fingered :

Took a full professor over a year and a half to find he'd been "accidentally" overpaid almost 12m sent by an unknown entity (no records at the bank who made the transfer?).
