I can say the promise of the 90s when liberty cries were heard around Africa was a mirage. Uganda is back to where Obote and Amin disembarked and Kenya has rewound to the Moi days of corruption and killings.
Here are Ugandan taxi drivers after being arrested. They were stripped naked and nobody cared that some have children. It was allegedly done on Yoweeri Museveni's orders
