To launch Jubilee's flagship 1m acre Galana-Kulalu irrigation scheme.
UhuRuto were suppose to make kenya a pariah state led by ICC fugitives. The script hasn't gone according to finger and scare mongers, instead in 3 short years - Jubilee seem to have done two great things..
1) Elevated kenya in foreign/diplomatic cycles.
2) Shown the US/EU foreign envoys their place as lowly ambassadors not colonial governors of kenya.
