Unless these boardroom suit thugs start going to jail over these outright thefts, fraud and criminal acts no public enterprise will be standing; taxpayers bailouts are just dinner invitations ... Mumias, KQ, Telkom, Panpaper.......

This is alarmist news. The San Giorgi are owed 53,106,754 -which Uchumi should be able to repay.

It is a very sad thing. People got very rich off the company, while the regular guy is getting screwed. We need lots of Njoroges cloned.
Why didnt Kirubi fix it? Since he is a businessman?
Also, how many jobs will be lost?

Maybe time to cut the losses here. The fools who bought Uchumi share at NSE are being taken to cleaners.

I think they send him to wreck these companies just like Moi used to send him. He has a whole graveyard of State Corporations on his conscience:
