Title: Tunoi--look like CJ studman Mutunga was doing his thing--playing politics
Post by: RV Pundit on June 09, 2016, 09:51:47 AM
Ngatia is destroying JSC and exposing Mutunga for his obvious lack of integrity.

It seems to me that the whistleblower(hardly a saint himself) may have feared for his life.  Ngatia says he has been alive for a year in Eldoret or something to that effect; is that inconsistent with having fear for one's life?

I think that this was an ill conceived case that should have been resolved in-house -- of course, assuming that they have appropriate dispute resolution mechanisms for this type of charade.

I just don't know what to make of this case: could it be a shakedown against Justice Tunoi by a frustrated young man? Who knows. What I can tell is that this man Ngatia is a sharp legal mind.
