That is the correct expectation.  At least after Kabura(before Kabura for me) affidavit.

In Kenya, the people who get arrested or ever face jail or the prospects of that are those down the "food chain"---the people who don't know people.

The big thieves, on the other hand, are not just people who know people.   They are the people who are known by the people who know people.  So there's another level before one even starts to dream of an arrest.

Kenyans will be used and spat out every time. Even the anticorruption gurus have said nothing!!!
Guess what? they will be re-elected and more will join the poverty class.
