what is your take  is cord playing iebc or is jubilee looking to recreate boogeyman raila again. jubilee may be baiting  raila to start fujo so that his base can go wild and uhuru will rally kikuyus telling them they need him as president or they will be oppressed by raila

They simply didn't do their homework. Raila can rail day and night about IEBC but he is only one apart from Kibaki who handpicked IEBC commissioners. The CEO who ran the secretariat during election and now is someone you can perceive to be CORD friendly.
