Title: EACC can't investigate kidero acctounts
Post by: Georgesoros on March 01, 2016, 06:17:00 PM
Shouldn't they get a warrant before they do this?
How come they hire people who don't know the law?
They can't just walk in!!
And you expect such people to investigate Waigurua and such?

If this is related to the Tunoi bribery case, I tend to think that would be sufficient probable cause.  Regardless, EACC continues to studiously avoid low hanging fruits.  Cut and dried cases like the Gichuru/Okemo saga and Chicken-gate.  All the while appearing to be busy carrying out their mandate.

Oh, they are properly trained, on how to derail investigations.

That they do very well.
