Title: should I register to vote in Kenya elections or not

I am wondering if Kenya elections are worthy my time. I have never voted anywhere since I was born.  When is IEBC planning on diaspora registration? Are you planning on registering to vote in 2017 and will you travel to the consulate to do so?
