This will stamp out corruption....and ensure fairness.

Transition rate is also rising to 82% from 75%...assuming all those who get admitted show up.

The whole system is a farce.. THey should do away with high school ranking  no need. What you gonna do with a high school diploma. My nephew scored 400 points and could only secure a day school position in Nairobi because of the stupid quota system. so we had to pay more in a private school. My nephew got punished for what?
