I thought poverty is only in Luo-Nyanza.

Was supposed to be a joke.
Of course poverty is allover Kenya. Even in the "rich" Kiambu county there is a lot of poverty. BTW, there are slums in Kiambu just like Kibera or Mathare only here a bit smaller size but growing in size everyday.
