Title: Pundit: A Question
Post by: Georgesoros on January 18, 2016, 04:31:18 PM
Seems like health care costs in Kenya are rising faster than the Apollo Rocket.
What can one do to prepare?
Every day I see people with a million shilling bill all over the news. And this is not from top hospitals like NRB Hospital. How does one prepare?

How much does insurance cost?
How much does it usually cover?
I understand NHIF nowadays covers treatment in India.
Its sad that most people don't have any info on how to shield themselves from financial ruin.
Even the average middle class guy is non-conversant with insurance.
