Kibaki and uhuru lack war knowledge to appreciate the danger of occupying Somali. Moi was smart to keep Kenya from silly military adventures like the one in somali. KDF now has to fight to crash Somalis and withdraw with some dignity and sembelance of a win.

I agree. This was boneheaded decision by Kibaki. We will be there for many years without much success. Our best bet is to secure our borders. Kibaki and KDF feel they have to be there because smaller countries like Burundi and Uganda are already there.
