This man is trying every trick in the book to avoid prosecution. He and Kiraitu tried to Kill Githongo now they should all face music. I hope like PS Koinange he does not die with this case

Your suggestions are legally untenable [he enjoys his inviolable rights to be treated as innocent suspect] but I like what the judge is doing....this will stop the nonsense of guys hidding in hospital..judiciary will just hold the trial in your ward.

Yes this judge is very reasonable and objective.. Allowing this thief to enjoy its human rights and face prosecution
