Who will pay back that loan or another Euro or Asiabond will be taken to pay back this loan?

Taxes and Levies. Hopefully this will spur economic growth. The proposed Naivasha Industrial park....will add another feather to Naivasha after the thriving flowery industry there.

I am sure the guys lending us 150B are certainly more hopeful than us.....we are starting to do things on a grand scale.
