Poor fella hopefully he will be okay..seems like he will exit this world early like his dad..he is in my thoughts. I hope he did not take to heavy drinking after coming out http://nairobinews.nation.co.ke/news/author-binyavanga-wainaina-appeals-for-help-after-suffering-stroke/

He has a heavy smoking habit.  Uses one cigarette to light another.  Something I have observed afflicts many Kenyans.  An interesting character.  I wish him the best.

Our hospitals are a huuuuge joke. They are veeeery expensive too!

Yes. Most Kenyan hospitals charge too much and provide poor services

wah. really shocked - who affords sensible medical care around here anymore?? If likes of Binya can't?

millions who don't have networks to raise millions are just dying. they just accept fate

Isn't that they Kenyan mentality on anything?
