Title: how racist is france?

Every African I have met who has resided in France has lamented how racist the frech are. I have had contact with one French woman a rich lass who is a very arrogant person. This is one person but I wondered if French had the same arrogance that may be very demeaning. Is racism a historical thing and why is france unwilling or unable to address it ?

Majority Europeans are very racist. Those that visit Africa put on a cool, diplomatic vineer face to cheat naive africans.
