GOMA, DRC—
More protests were reported Wednesday in Brazzaville, the capital of Republic of Congo, after clashes between opposition supporters and security forces left several dead on Tuesday. The opposition is protesting a constitutional referendum that would pave the way for longtime President Denis Sassou Nguessou to extend his rule.

DRC is a lost cause. Been there and got attacked by a militia group. Interahamwe. I think about it every day.

The dedication to the kienyeji approach remains alive and well, in fact resurgent, in Kenya, thanks to the "success" against ICC. Aladwa promises a kienyeji response in the event of a kienyeji election outcome. Nobody old enough to walk would argue that this would be just the kind of kick in the arm for this time-tested African approach.

This should be extended to MPs while they are in office (and to many other politicians):
Kenya's parliamentarians have made curious additions to their retirement package. Not only will they continue living off taxpayers money (Sh100,000) for the rest of their lives in monthly stipends, they want psychiatric services or a counsellor too. And this is to be paid for by the taxpayer.

Still, I'll give him this: he is a "good" match for Demented Kuria, and he does have a sense of humor ... ati down to one remaining bullet! Plus a quick balls-count comparison ...

Is it DRC?????
Great question Omollo
There are two Congos: Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC or Congo-Kinshasa), formerly a Belgian colony, and Republic of the Congo (Congo-Brazzaville), formerly a French colony. Both gained independence in 1960.
BTW, Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC or Congo-Kinshasa), a country with vast resources is ranked the third poorest country in the world (9 out of the 10 poorest counties are in Africa). Afghanistan had to save Africa face at number ten

If it comes to push, The Angolans would do what they did the last time he wanted back to power after a 5 year rest. You had Pascal Lissouba getting help from UNITA and Nguesso benefitting from the MPLA.

Hehehe...Aladwa confirms he has two of them. Why can't they just let IEBC rig without threatening chaos?
