Title: Some really good news; Counties net 67% of their target collection

Nairobi collected 11.5B.Mombasa was a distant second collecting Sh2.49 billion, Nakuru netted Sh2.2 billion and Kiambu Sh2.1 billion. They collected 33.5B...which maybe 15% of what they receive from national gov.

Good news.
Hope they spend it on roads not travel abroad.
