Most laws, or use the system to subvert any law. Case in point look at Kenya...

Is it not the work of the court's prosecutor to determine if there was no genocide? Why clear the Government side (Dinka) ahead of the court's establishment? What about the less than "reasonable" grounds? Somebody is clearly dismissing evidence as "unreasonable". What a joke!
