Title: Court should order Gov teachers back as they deal with case.

If they eventually exhaust all appeals and judicial reviews; they can always received backdate money; but poor folks poor kids are going to lose a lot; as rich kids ace their exams in few months.

In what way. I listened to him pleading to the judges to expedite the matter. Uhuru had to say something. Judges should realize the real victims here are poor kids; the other kids are now in private school get on the with the term work. Let teacher go back to class as these cases are conclusively dealt with.

Words can make or destroy. Once he said "wont" judges have to also be careful. They interpret the law and you don't wanna patronize them because they can also be judges. He has not defended them in the past when jubilee was attacking them.

Look like they've done it. For the sake of the kids. Teachers are not going to like it but that is life.

Finally a Judge who uses his brains - like Mumbi. He orders them back to work and they should start negotiating. No loss of face. TSC ordered not to intimidate and GoK ordered to negotiate.

KNUT should be grateful for being given a way out. Their monthly heist taken from teachers had run out. Sossion had started wearing worn out suits. Now the cash will begin to flow again.

Muite is shell shocked.

Teachers should obey the law and go back. uhuru thinks he's above the law.

Actually they can follow GoK's example and disobey the court. But they would lose the moral high ground.
