The Skrill looks like just another version of PayPal.

There are some guys like https://stripe.com (https://stripe.com).  I think they will eventually eat everyone's lunch, including Paypal.  On M-Pesa I want to see what the locals in Kenya come up with.  It should be interesting times ahead.

looks for young people the way to go is avoid unnecessary govt ..regulations, taxes, licenses ...

such avenues as Skrill and Mpesa a boom for online jobs
