 Just write off their debts into treasury books.

And sell them for cheap to whoever is willing to buy them.

And forget about it.....

Private sugar companies in Kenya are not ever complaining...Butali,Kibos,Soin,Transmara, Kwale sugar,West Kenya..but competing.

And you have laggards from Nzoia,Sony,Mumia, Muhoroni, Miwani (dead),Chemelil and Ramisi ever being used as by politicians..and never being fixed.

Also counties should step in and do their job as agriculture is mainly devolved.

Just about everything in this country should be privatized. Otherwise they will all be caught by corruption. Nothing public works anymore in this country.

What I am hearing is that kamwana went to UG to sell Brookside.  Kenya sugar belt was mere collateral.

Why is Kenyan sugar so expensive compared to just about every other country in the region?
