I was going through my CCTV cameras and was shocked to find a chap skulking outside my premise at odd hours. He was even bold enough to move my car barricade. He was wearing a cap or was it a hoodie so it was difficult to make out his features. I'll post a snapshot of him. He came from the right side meaning he would've had to climb a 20m wall. My neighbours drive a car and can access the remote control fence on the left side. I'm thinking of torching him or knocking him down with an industrial wrench when I catch him outside my premise.

Don't rush to assume the worst. It could be just a guy who fancies you but is to shy too make the contact he needs in order to have some contact. Instead of considering criminal assault, why not leave a note with a "Hallo!" and a smiley face?
BTW, what on earth is a "remote control fence"? Does it go up or down, according to some button on a gizmo?

A giant gate that opens when you push a remote control button. Like a communal garage but twice as big.
Leaving a note with a smiley face is consensual rape. Recall the time a neighbour stuck love letters under my door even though we never met and I was barely home. To think it's now happening outside my office behind a 20 foot wall and fortified gates is a tad extreme. How on earth did he climb that wall ?
