First positive news coming from Zimbabwe in the last 20 years.
Other African countries should follow to try save the local manufacturing industry.

That is tough one. You don't want folks walking around naked. Affordability is a big issues. I had go for gradual increment of taxes if there is a cotton industry to begin with.
