Will the mall survive the next ten to twenty years?
Will enough businesses afford to rent it?

Israelis and security. Must be a joke. IP technology is hackable and I'll prove it when I have the time to configure the security industry software I picked up the other day. I was shocked when the Dell distro dude demonstrated how to legit hack into security cameras all over the world. He's my new bestie.
