I hope you recall that I asked you to run for office. We also agreed if you fail to raise the funds I will bankroll you. Keep that in mind. I also hope Pundit would take on Ruto in Bomet. Why have all these ideas run to waste? We have let idiots run our most important resources.
I am an emigre but I would have taken up the fight at the Coast.

People will not fix things. Systems will be. We need to for instance insist that governors and national gov publish periodicaly all the people who have been hired and what criteria was used, and whether all the t and i were dotted and crossed.
We are in the information age...and all that can be easily done in a website or shared via facebook or whatsapp.

People should start making use of the constitutional provisions of the freedom of information. In this case the rights of minorities etc can be cited in seeking such data. If I were the Governor, I would not wait to be sued but will design a form where such requests can be made and designate an office to process and handle the requests at express speed. I would also cause to be published such information without being challenged.
Access to information.

(3) The State shall publish and publicise any important
information affecting the nation.
