I haven't heard a thing since the tomato-vendor-turned-seal-team-six-sniper was arraigned.

I doubt that you will hear much any time soon, if ever.  Also keep in mind that in Kenya, people stay in "remand" only if they cannot buy their way out of a trial.     Even if the charge is of murder.

This brings to mind something I think is a huge problem with Kenyan journalists: the inability to stay with a story.      Reporting is largely limited to "this is the scandal (usually corruption) of the week" or the routine "X said/did Y today" and "that other thing also happened over there".

Like OJ Simpson, they are probably still looking for the 'real killers'.
It is interesting to note that in Kabete Constituency Waititu succeeded Muchai, while in Gatundu South Moses Kuria succeeded Joseph Ngugi, who collapsed "suddenly". Lightning does strike twice, so it seems. In the TNA party.
