Title: Alex Kosgey - MP Emegwen. Is It Lazyness Or Arrogance Or Incompetence.

No leadership or representative qualities.

No show in parliament. Eight consecutive sittings. Now constituents want him impeached and seat declared vacant.

The seat IS vacant. I wonder why he has not been sent home.

Correct. He was part of team his dads defence lawyers at ICC.
