Title: NYS given Sh25bn for State projects

Another white elephant being created. If NYS is so efficient why does it get cash to implement projects? Let NYS compete in the open market with other construction companies. NYS is actually being subsidised.

National Youth Service has been allocated Sh25 billion to implement State infrastructural projects in the Budget.

The elections are around the corner and this budget must start refilling the campaign war chest. 2016 would be too obvious. The time is now!

2013 -14 - Repaying debts to donors
2014 - 15 - Repaying
2015 - 16 - refill Chest
2016 - 17 - If loosing Loot (Goodluck style). Otherwise fill the chest
