Title: CDF proposal collaboration

If anyone is interested in collaborating on a CDF proposal with me then please let me know. Ideally an IT background would be good for a September submission. The proposal is intended for about a month's work for a single village with the potential to expand later. The work will require some onsite installations and cabling which will be supplied by me.
