By far the most corruption prone activity by our cops.

Why can't they implement instant fines.

Is he still in town?
I thought the man retired some time back. He has gone quiet of late after the furore he caused the time he became CJ.

Yes pretty much a huge disappointment considering the goodwill he started with as man of reforms. He'll retire next year or 2017.
